Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) - To earn this designation, the candidate must complete two full days of classroom instruction.
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - To earn the CRS certification, the agent must have a minimum of 15 years experience and 75 transactions, or an average of $1 million in sales per year and a minimum of 50 transactions. In addition, the candidate must successfully complete four courses and 15 elective credits.

Courses include:
Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) - The Graduate Realtor Institute designation, conferred by the National Association of Realtors, is presented to Realtors who have completed a comprehensive education program in residential real estate. The program's focus is on practical real estate training.
Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) - This designation requires successfully completing the following courses:
- Essentials of International Real Estate
- Europe and International Real Estate
- Asia pacific
- The Americas
- Investment & Financial Analysis of International Real Estate
The candidate must successfully pass an exam, accrue 100 elective points and show proof of agent participation in 3 international transactions. Note: Bruce Wasz is one of only 95 CIPS in the USA.
Broker Licensing Program - For this designation the applicant must hold an active real estate license for 36 of the past 48 months, and complete 180 classroom hours dedicated to brokerage, appraisal, law and finance. The candidate must obtain a passing grade on each examination (4 in all) before sitting for the actual Broker's Licensing Exam.
Certified Buyers Agent - A real estate agent employed to work in the best interests of a buyer in a real estate transaction. The agent's loyalties are with the buyer. It is the agent's duty to share any information about the property or sellers that may help the buyer make decisions regarding the transaction. Agent status must be disclosed to all parties.
